Is this sarcasm？Do you mock me?

Let's clear something. It may be unbelievable that I need the basic German course after staying in Germany 6 years later. But it is impossible to you to have a doctorate, here, Germany, your country, even 16 years later. I am qualified to get a doctorate in your country, but you are not. As long as I want, I can improve my German less than 6 years. But you will be still here, to mock somebody else because they are foreigners and speak poor German.

That's the difference between you and me. And you think you are good enough to mock me!
